Moto X Events
Organizer: LXD Inc.
"There's nothing like the smell of two stroke oil in the morning," a line overheard in San Francisco last June, pretty much sums up the mind set around this sport. This is a sport that embodies what the X Games are at it's purest: huge airtime and loads of adrenaline. It's also a sport that is still in its infancy, progressing constantly and the unpredictability adds to the excitement exponentially.
Freestyle

Be on the look out for some high flyin' action when Moto's best show how high they can go. 2001 Results: Gold: Tommy Clowers Silver: Travis Pastrana Bronze: Jeremy Stenberg Competition Info | Who to Watch For Big Air
Location: First Union Complex- IndoorsThis event is Moto at it's purest; a one hit competition under the lights and the winner takes all. Taking a cue from the snowboarding competition, Big Air is a single jump off a single hit challenging riders to put all of their energy into pulling off their most impressive jump. Plenty of riders have landed the backflip outside of competition, so you can expect to see it thrown out here. This is an event not to be missed.
