ESPN X GAMES "HAWK IN THE HOUSE" Sweepstakes Official Rules: ESPN X GAMES "HAWK IN THE HOUSE" Internet Drawing to be held from August 1, 2001 through August 17, 2001 and Sweepstakes to be held from August 18, 2001 through August 23, 2001.

1) No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The following promotion is intended for viewing in the United States (excluding without limitation, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories) and Washington D.C. only and shall only be construed according to U.S. law. You must be a legal U.S. resident 13 years of age or older to enter. For internet entry you must have internet access as of July 15, 2001.

TO ENTER:
2) To enter (a) Internet Drawing and Sweepstakes go to expn.com and follow the on-line instructions to complete and submit an official entry form. Internet Drawing begins 12:01 am Central Standard Time (CST) on August 1, 2001, and to be eligible for all prizes, internet entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on July 31. Internet registration at expn.com is required for participation in this drawing. Upon registering you may also be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from expn.com and reminders for upcoming Walt Disney Internet Group promotions. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must first obtain permission of parent/legal guardian before entering online; you may enter only after becoming a registered member and providing your parent or legal guardian's e-mail address. Expn.com will notify the parent or legal guardian when their child has become a registered member of expn.go.com. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify expn.com in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address. (To do so, write to: expn.com Change of Address, ESPN Internet Ventures c/o WDIG 506 Second Avenue, Suite 2100, Seattle, WA 98104) Sweepstakes drawings begin on August 18, 2001, to be eligible for the Grand Prize, internet entries must be received by August 17, 2001; (b) to enter Sweepstakes obtain a "Hawk In The House" Game Card at a participating distributor, and follow directions on the Game Card; or (c) to receive a SWEEPSTAKES Game Card by return mail, enclose a self addressed stamped envelope and mail to ESPN X GAMES HAWK IN THE HOUSE SWEEPSTAKES, 950 Third Avenue, Suite 1701, New York, NY 10022 with postmark date no later than July 25, 2001. Residents of VT need not include return postage. Once you have received the Game Card via the self-addressed envelope, follow the instructions in (b) above. Sweepstakes drawing will begin on August 18, 2001 and continue daily through August 23, 2001. Limit 1 internet entry per person or e-mail address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address) per day; you may mail in for a Game Card as often as you wish, but only one Game Card request per outer envelope. Other than above, no other method of entry is acceptable. VT residents need not include return postage. By participating in this Internet Drawing and/or Sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these official rules and all decisions of the selected judging organization are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE SELECTION & ELIGIBILTY:
3) Winners of the Internet Drawing will be selected in a random drawing of registered internet entries only, to be held daily during the period August 1, 2001 through August 17, 2001, by a judging agency whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Drawing. Sweepstakes winners will be selected in random drawings, of all distributed or assigned numbers, to be held daily during the period August 18, 2001 through August 23, 2001, by a judging agency whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes, but sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. 4) Internet Drawing winners will be notified by e-mail to the address provided when they registered and are required to reply, following the e-mailed instructions, accepting the prize awarded and agreeing to release and publicity conditions. Replies to Internet Drawing Winner notification must be received by August 31, 2001. All Drawing and Sweepstakes prizes must be claimed to be awarded, otherwise they will not be awarded. Odds of winning depends on number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes winners must notify sponsor via phone number at 1-800-680-6646 by August 31, 2001 to claim their prize and failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the prize. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where legal, publicity release within 10 days of receipt of affidavit from sponsor. If winner is under 21 years of age the liability release and, where legal, a publicity release must be signed by winner's parent or legal guardian. Any prize or affidavit returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and no alternate winner will be selected. 5) Employees of ESPN, Inc., its parent companies, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies thereof and immediate family/household members of the same are ineligible; this sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. 6) Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice, biographical information and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, in all media known or hereafter discovered. 7) No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. Neither the sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for late, lost, misdirected, returned or undelivered entries or for interrupted or unavailable satellite network services by internet service provider (ISP) website or other connections, availability or accessibility or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or other network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the expn.com website or act in violation of the official rules as solely determined by the sponsor will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be in sponsor's sole opinion compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this Sweepstakes, and randomly select winners from entries received prior to action taken or otherwise as maybe deemed fair and equitable by the sponsor. In the event that printing or other errors of any kind result in multiple winning entries for a single prize, a random drawing will be conducted among those entries to determine a single winner. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. All materials submitted become the property of ESPN and will not be returned.

PRIZES:
8) Grand Prize - TONY HAWK GIGANTIC SKATEPARK TOUR to be held at a skateboard park in the Grand Prize Winner's hometown. The skateboard park must meet the criteria of the X-Games Stars On Tour, as exercised in its sole discretion; if it does not then the Grand Prize winner may specify another skateboard park at the closest geographical location approved by X-Games Stars on Tour (No financial value). Other Prizes - 3 CUSTOM BMX Bikes (Value $500 each); 7 SKATEBOARDS (Value $250 each); 20 X-GAME PACKS (T-shirt, CD, Jerky, Sticker, Poster: Value $45 each). 9) By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold ESPN, Inc., its parent companies, their affiliates and subsidiaries, the advertising and promotion agencies thereof, prize suppliers and Tony Hawk, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize including without limitation personal injury, death and property damage. By participating in this Sweepstakes participant agrees to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO SEE IF YOU'VE WON:
10) Each participant will receive an assigned Sweepstakes number either by scratching off and revealing a Sweepstakes number on the Game Card or through the expn.com website designation. Each day, beginning on August 1, 2001 and continuing through August 17, 2001 different winning Internet Drawing numbers will be posted online at expn.com for the X-Games Packs; registration at expn.com is required for participation in these drawings; on August 18, 2001 a winning Sweepstakes number for the Grand Prize will appear on the X-Games TV broadcast occurring on ABC between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (ET). Starting on August 19 and continuing through August 23, 2001 a different winning sweepstakes number will appear on the following X-Games TV broadcast for the custom BMX Bikes and the Skateboards:
