Australian X Games Qualifier (AXQ)

Four days of X Games action in a four sport categories : in-line, skateboarding, bicycle stunt, and wakeboarding. Athletes will compete for prize money and the most coveted prize of all: a qualifying spot to the 2002 Summer X Games (Philadelphia, U.S.A.)

Sport Events: 9 disciplines from 4 sport categories: Aggressive in-line skating: park, vert, vert doubles
Skateboarding: park, vert
Bicycle stunt: park, vert, flatland
Wakeboarding: men's

Athletes: The top athletes will be selected by international sport organizations from across Australia to compete in the 2001 X Games Qualifier.

Pro Athlete Exhibitions: Top bicycle stunt riders and skateboarders from the USA and Europe will participate in exhibitions and Jam Sessions.
