Rules and Regulations - Skateboarding Exhibition (park)
Venue: Skateboarding Park Course, Phuket Island, Thailand
Competitors: 20
Judges: 5 judges
Judging Criteria:
Aggressive execution of maneuvers
Content: the number, difficulty, originality and variety of tricks successfully performed
Style - the fluid linking of individual tricks
Originally and style
Use of the course and ramps, boxes, handrails, etc.
Competition Format:
Semifinal Round::
2 x 60 second runs, best run score counts
5 judges score the competitors on a whole number 100 point scale. The highest and lowest score are thrown out. The 3 remaining scores are added together and divided by 3, to yield a score to 2 decimal places(e.g. 89.55)
Final Round:
Top 10 competitors advance to the finals
Skaters will skate in reverse order of Semi Finals rankings. The 1st place competitor will skate last and the 10th place competitor will skate first.
