Rules and Regulations - Aggressive Inline (vert doubles)

Competition Format:
Semifinals Round:
Teams are seeded through a random order. Teams can be co-ed. Each team running first through last will complete one (1) run and will be ranked on the leader board according to its first run score. After all skaters have completed a first run, each team will then complete a second run and will receive a second run score. The two (2) scores are averaged to establish a Semi Finals round score and will determine the rankings on the leader board. The top eight (8) leader board positions advance to the Final Round.

Final Round:
All ten (8) teams will take two (2) runs, in reverse order of the Semi Finals Round leader board. The competitors will complete their first run and are assigned a first run score. There will be 5 (five) minutes between the two (2) runs. The competitors will complete their second run, in the same order, and are assigned a second run score. The better of the two (2) scores determines the team's better score. The teams are ranked on the leader board according to their better score.

Judging and Scoring:
Judges:
Four (4) judges, plus one (1) head judge who oversees the competition.
  • Judges score each run based on four (4) criteria: Style, Difficulty, Consistency and Line (each worth 25 points)
  • Scores range from 1-100
  • All four (4) scores are averaged to determine a composite score for each run
