Rules and Regulations - Skateboarding (slalom)
Venue: Skateboarding Park Course, Phuket Island, Thailand
Competitors: 20
Judges: 4 judges
Same format applies for Semi Finals and Finals:
Each competitor will take two runs on the slalom course.
The fastest time will count.
Time begins, once the competitor has crossed the start line or start gate. Time will end, once a competitor has crossed the finish line.
Each competitor must successful complete the course that is set.
If a competitor goes off course or misses a cone (turn) and continues, he will be disqualified for the run and will not receive a time.
A competitor that hits or moves a cone out of position will be penalized 0.2 seconds. If three cones are hit or move out of position, he will be disqualified and not receive a time.
Top 10 skaters advance to the finals
Skaters will skate in reverse order of semi final rankings. The 1st place competitor will skate last and the 10th place competitor will skate first.

The top ten skaters earn points towards the Championship Finals
