Rules and Regulations - Aggressive In-Line (slalom)
Competitors: 20 Judges: 3 judges Competition Format: Semifinals Round: All competitors are placed in one heat through a random order (Any girls will also be placed in the heat with the boys). When the starter gives the cue, each competitor will skate the slalom course as fast as he can, one run at a time. Skaters runs are timed. Each skater will be ranked on the leader board according to his first run time across the line. Each competitor will then complete his second run through the course and will receive a second run time. The better of the two (2) times determine the rankings on the leader board. The top ten (10) leader board positions advance to the Final Round. Final Round: All ten (10) competitors will take one (1) run, in reverse order of the Semi Finals Round leader board. The competitors will complete their first run and earn a final time. The competitors are ranked on the leader board according to their final time. Judging and Scoring: Officials Semifinals Round: The top ten skaters earn points toward the head-to-head finals:
