Venue:   Bicycle Stunt Park Course, Phuket Island, Thailand
Competitors:   20
Judges:   3 judges
Duration of Run:   Finals Round will consist of 10 competitors each receiving three (3) runs of approximately 15 seconds.
Semi Finals Round will consist of 10 competitors each receiving three (3) runs of approximately 15 seconds.

Competition Format:
Semi Finals:
Each competitor will receive two (2) 15-sec. (approx.) runs. Each competitor will be judged, and given a run score at the end of each run/attempt. The lower of the two run scores will be dropped yielding the final round score

Finals:
Each competitor will receive three (3) 15-sec. (approx.) runs. Each competitor will be judged, and given a run score at the end of each run/attempt. The lower of the three run scores will be dropped yielding the final round score

Competition Flow:
Semi Final Round:
  • Each competitor will take one run/attempt. Each competitor will be judged, and given a run score at the end of the run. Then each competitor completes a second run, and receives a second run score.
  • The lower of the run scores will be dropped yielding the semi final round score. Competitors are placed on the leaderboard, ranked 1-20, based on their final round score. Top 10 competitors advance to the final round.

    Final Round:
  • Each competitor will take one run/attempt. Each competitor will be judged, and given a run score at the end of the run. Then each competitor completes a second run, and receives a second run score. Then each competitor completes a third run, and receives a third run score.
  • The two lower of the three run scores will be dropped yielding the final round score. Competitors are placed on the leaderboard, ranked 1-20, based on their final round score.

    Computation of Scores:
    Semi Final Round:
    Total run score: Each of the 3 judges scores a competitor on a whole number from a point scale determined by the number of riders in the class. The range of the scale is determined as follows: there will be one point added to the range for every competitor, rounded to the highest multiple of five, plus ten points. Example: if 20 riders enter the competition the point scale is 70-100. The individual judge's scores are added together and divided by 3, to yield an average score to two decimal places (e.g., 89.55).

    Semi Final run score: Each Competitors 1st, 2nd and 3rd run scores are compared and the two lowest of the three is dropped to yield the final run score.

    Final run score: Each Competitors 1st, 2nd and 3rd run scores are compared and the two lowest of the three is dropped to yield the final run score.

    Resolving Ties: Ties will not be resolved until all runs have been completed by all competitors.
    1st Tie Breaker: One (1) run run-off

    In all cases, if the tie still cannot be broken after the above procedures have been implemented, the decision of the Head Judge will break the tie.

    Results:
    Semi Final Round: A leaderboard that ranks the competitors 1-20 based on each competitor's final average score.

    Final Round: A leaderboard that ranks the competitors 1-10 based on each competitor's final average score.

    The top ten bikers earn points toward the Championship Finals:
    1st=106th=2
