Approach whatever you're trying to go up or down.

Right before the trick goes down, take your front foot off and put it on the ground beside you.

As soon as your front foot is on the ground, bash the tail - this will cause the whole board to go in the air.

When it's in the air, guide your board with your back foot. You can steer it into a shove-it or whatever, but here you're going to steer it 180. The most important factor when doing this trick is to do it all at the same time.

So when the board's in the air, steer it 180 degrees with the back foot. Just before the board hits the ground, push off with your front foot and jump onto the board trying to fly away.

Land and roll away.
