The OP PRO 2001 armada moved to the rippable left known as Macaroni's. The surf was deformed by wind over the course of last night. The surfers had a free surf in less than ideal conditions. The swell remains strong.

The Neptune I took advantage of the lapse in action to refuel in the port of Sickacup.

The second chance heat for the men surfers, featuring Bruce Irons, CJ Hobgood, Tim Curran and Shane Dorian, will most likely be run tomorrow at either Macaroni's or HTs. One surfer out of this 2nd chance heat moves on to surf against Occy and Andy. The women's final is set with Rochelle Ballard and Keala Kennelly going head to head--when and where is still to be determined.

A reconaisance speed boat run to HTs revealed meaty, savage 6'-8' waves with a strong onshore gust blowing the wave to crap. Nevertheless, the men are anxious to surf HTs.
