32 Custom Molded Boots

In order to supply its customers with the best boots possible, ThirtyTwo's entire line of 01/02 boots are completely custom moldable. ThirtyTwo boots are equipped exclusively with Intuition™ Ultralon® liners. Among other features including lateral flex stabilizers, cuff straps, and Agion™ anti-microbial coating (eliminates boot stink!), all Intuition™ liners are custom moldable.

To prove their dedication to making and supporting the best snowboard boots available on the market today, ThirtyTwo has equipped several retailers with ThirtyTwo branded convection ovens. These ovens are built specifically for heat molding Intuition™ liners. The ovens hold each liner in place while using heat to penetrate through the entire liner, giving them the ability to mold to a new shape. When the heated liner is put on the customer's foot, it cools and molds to the foot. When the custom mold is finished, the Intuition™ liners regain their original responsiveness and support, only with a new, custom shape!

To ensure a quality mold, each retailer with a ThirtyTwo convection oven has received a clinic video and training from ThirtyTwo representatives.

Intuition™ liners are constructed with a one-of-a-kind foam material that retains 100% memory after they're custom molded. This means every rider can have a pair of custom fitted 32 boots that respond quicker that conventional P/U liners, and are more comfortable than stitched liners.
