Hello all, I wanted to let you know about Retreat Yourself, a unique women's snowboarding getaway I am hosting at Vail Resort, March 2-6, 2003. What
makes Retreat Yourself special is it combines traditional snowboard camp focus (pro coaching and instruction for all levels) with that luxury spa vacation you've been wanting to take. In addition, we're including athletic yoga, snowmobiling, and personal guides around Vail resort by trained professional snowboarders/vacationers. This is no bootcamp. Our overall mission is to provide the perfect balance of challenge and treat to send you off with a happier, healthier glow. I hope you can join us! Or, if you are not female and you've received this, I hope you can pass this on to some of your female acquaintances!
Here's the deal. For $1500.00 participants receive all of the following: 4 nights lodging at Cascade Hotel 4 day membership to adjoined Aria Fitness Club & Spa Round-trip ground transportation from Denver or Eagle airport (not airfare ) 3 days lift tickets Snowboard equipment rentals plus demos of Gnu Barrett Christy boards 3 days snowboard instruction and pro coaching Video analysis to monitor your progression Athletic "Yoga For Athletes" yoga classes Evening snowmobile tour on Vail Mountain Gourmet breakfasts each morning Goody bag with items from Nike, Yoga For Athletes, Boarding For Breast Cancer, and more!
In addition, the pro coaches I have invited are also my longtime friends, Morgan Lafonte, Megan Pischke, Rhonda Doyle, and Michele Taggart. Together we will personally guide everyone on and off the mountain all week!
I envision Retreat Yourself as a great excuse for many of you in and around the snowsport industry to take a vacation from work and treat yourself, reward someone you work with, or maybe even make it a work trip! Happy New Year!
