Why register as a member?

When you register at EXPN, you get access to parts of the site that non-members can't access. It's free to register, and by doing so you let us know who you are and what you want from EXPN.

Where can you go as a registered EXPN member?

As a registered member, you get access to ME, your personalized EXPN page, Mug Shot, a page that you create, and that other members can use to locate you, get listed in the Locals Directory, - participate in Chat and Message Boards, and enter Uncle Swag's Contests.

How do I register as a member?

In the top navigation bar, click on "me." When you reach the registration page, enter your name, zip code, and date of birth, then create a Member Name and password, and you're ready to go.

What does it mean that EXPN is a member of the GO Network?

As a member of the GO Network, EXPN let you use the same Member Name and password you use if you've registered at other GO sites, such as Disney, ABC News, or ESPN.

Can I register with the GO Network if I am under 13 years old?

If you are under 13, you can still register at EXPN with your parent's validation. You will not be listed in the community directory, and will not be able to participate in the chat rooms, but you'll be able to take advantage of all the other cool features of EXPN.

What is my Member Name?

Your EXPN Member Name is the name by which you will be known to people at EXPN. Your EXPN Member Name can be made up of letters and/or numbers. If your requested EXPN Member Name is already in use, we will suggest some possible alternatives. You may choose one of our suggested alternatives or try a different EXPN Member Name.

Can I change my Member Name?

You cannot change your EXPN Member Name. If you ever want to change your Member Name, you will need to re-register.

What is my Password?

Enter a password consisting of between three and 60 letters and numbers. Remember, passwords are case sensitive, so '123ABC' is different from '123abc.' To change your password, click on the UPDATE MY PERSONAL PROFILE INFORMATION when you sign in.

What is my Member identification word?

A member identification word helps GO Network verify your identity if you forget your password or contact us about your membership. Select a member identification word type from the pull-down menu and enter your desired member identification word.
