2002 Tex Games

Tex Games are pulling gears for 2002, June 14th, 15th, and 16th. On the outskirts of the great city of Reno, Nevada, the Reno-Fernley Raceway will host the best Tex Games to date. Events include a pro motocross race with a $5000 cash purse, freestyle motocross, freestyle snowmachine dirt jumping and a long-distance truck jump with Seth Enslow and any challengers with a jump truck.

There will be a Tough Truck Contest for anyone who wants to take his or her truck through the course for the fastest time. A Minibike Race for the kids and adults will also take place. You can expect lots of good music and the crowd favorite-guys' and girls' boxing and girls mud wrestling. Barbeque, camping, open practice on Friday and Sunday, and Tex Games events on Saturday will make for a well-rounded weekend. Proceeds will once again go to the Scott Stamnes Give to Kids Fun(d) to help underprivileged kids have a chance to skate and snowboard, take music lessons, or attend art school.
