Ginger, of Freeride Moto-X, joins us as a columnist. Look for her to dish out some more dirt each week on EXPN.com.

I'm not even sure where to start. One thing is for sure, Nashville wasn't ready for us! We took over the sleepy little ghost town Wednesday night. We headed for the local "ballet" and much to our surprise it's BYOB! Can you believe that? After buckets of beers and a snap kick to Elvis by Faisst, we called it a night. Practice would come around early.

Practice went smooth on Thursday and we once again headed out into the night. Thanks to practice starting at noon on Friday, it was a long one. We attended an autograph session at a local bar in this huge Cadillac Escalade limo that seated 24! We got there and the bar was closed and no radio station in sight! What the? So we took off for our local watering hole where we remained for the rest of the evening.

I was proud, everyone got to practice on time Friday! Big Air qualifiers were intense. There were so many new tricks I felt bad for the judges. Kris Rourke busted huge with his "Christ Air". It is basically a double grab to a no grab, fully extending his arms out and then grabbing the bike and pulling himself back on. Doug Parsons threw out a whipped super nac that is not for the weak at heart.

The nights event opened up with country superstar Trace Adkins singing the national anthem while the guys rode in with flags on their bikes. It was very patriotic and should look great on camera. Kris Rourke dominated both the freestyle and big air competitions while Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg aced the step up. It was a long event and after autographs it was time to grab a few drinks and hit the hay. Saturday would roll around real quick.

Big Air qualifiers on Saturday were even more intense than Friday. This was the guys' last chance at making it to Winter X Games. It was on! Justin Homan this time qualified sending Dan Pastor packing. It was Justin's' Holy Man that put him in the hot seat in the finals. The madman connects a bungee cord from his belt to his bike and launches himself over his bike with hands and feet out. It's the gnarliest thing I've seen in a long while. Nate Adams took the win in Freestyle while Ronnie Renner dominated the step up. You can get full results by going to www.freeridemotox.com

Birthday party time! We headed out to the infamous Christie's, where like Cheers, everyone knows your name. Well, at least they knew ours! The entire crew was there. Once again buckets of beer flowed while we sat around on couches and laughed at everyone and everything. Anything goes in Nashville. We finally left around 5am seeing Faisst, Twitch, Big B and Porno Dave off to the airport safe and sound. Dirty Dane had a bright idea to head to the after hours club, dragging Parsons, Deegan, Jimmy, Regis and myself along for the ride screaming and kicking. OK, the arm-twisting lasted about 30 seconds! Without going into too much detail let's just say, the night was long, the night was fun and I had a great birthday celebration!

Log on next week to find out the fresh dirt on your favorite riders. Until then, ride it hard like a champ.

Peace Out, ~Ginger
