New motorsports division of LXD, Inc. brings freestyle motocross to the masses yearning to experience moto-x madness!

(Pt. Dume, CA) May 16, 2002 - LXD, Inc. through its new wholly owned subsidiary, Moto-X Co, will unleash a wave of freestyle motocross demos across North America, Hawaii and the Far East throughout 2002 featuring the biggest and brightest stars in the sport!

Using its uniquely engineered, state-of-the-art, portable take-off and landing ramp, Moto-X Co, the only company to stage freestyle motocross at the Summer and Winter X Games, The ESPN Moto-X Championships, the Imax film, "Ultimate X", and demos for clients including Phillips Electronics, Target, and the ESPN Zone among others, will bring freestyle motocross excitement to fairs, race tracks and sporting events with unmatched professionalism and entertainment.

The Summer Demo Tour season kicks off with X Games Gold Medallist, Brian Deegan, and double WFA World Champion, Nate Adams, along with rising stars Drake McElroy and Ox, performing for over three weeks at the Hawaii State Fair, beginning May 24th and continuing through June 16, 2002. Future Moto-X Co demos include the NASCAR race at Sears Point, The Delaware State Fair and the Alaska State Fair, among numerous others. Later in the year, Moto-X CO goes global, staging freestyle motocross demos in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as part of the International X Games!
