What: ESPN will once again unites athletes, sport legends, musicians and Hollywood celebrities to present the most explosive evening in the history of action sports: the second-annual ESPN Action Sports & Music Awards. Throughout the evening, awards will be presented to those who have shaped and continue to change the sports of the new millennium. Awards will also be presented to the artists that have accompanied these athletes every step of the way.

Last year: More than 6,000 attendees gathered at the Universal Amphitheatre as LL Cool J, Rebecca Romijn-Stamos and Chris Klein hosted the inaugural Action Sports & Music Awards, April 7, 2001 which included performances from Black Sabbath, Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals, Crazy Town, De La Soul featuring Busta Rhymes and Incubus.
