Everyone was amped for the skate street finals on Saturday with some of the most respected riders representing and a large spectator crowd for the event. As it turned out, the riders ripping it most in practice placed in the top of the finals.

| So Cal representing well. |
Chris Senn was hitting and sticking everything at full speed and Chad Bartie was pulling big technical rail tricks with style and grace. Rob Drydek was tearing it up in practice but not able to stick much in competition, though the kickflip-to-boardslides were smooth and fast, keeping him in the top 10.

| Chad Bartie killing the rail. |
Omar Hassan did an amazing 50-50 to boardslide with a 180 out, proving he can be both technical and fast. Personally, I think he should have placed in the top three, but I'm not a judge so I'll shut up about it. Steve Berra was riding hard and supported on the sidelines by his wife, Juliette Lewis, though his near-perfect second run only brought him fifth place. Chris's long crooked down the top rail was just a lead in to a big board slide down the lower ledge; he did both flawlessly in under six seconds. He maintained momentum through the whole 60-second run, scoring a perfect 100 to win the event as his young son (who was seen ripping around during street practice) and wife supported him from the sidelines.
