At Slam City Jam 2003 (stop #1 of the Vans Triple Crown), Ryan became the youngest (at 13) to ever win a pro contest. He backed that up by winning his second pro contest, Vans Triple Crown #2 in Jersey City, NJ - now he is 2/3 of the way to winning the VTC title and a new car (courtesy of Vans/Ford) yet he's only13 and in the 8th grade.
