Notable:
Nathalie Schmid was qualified for WX '02, but the Swiss World Cupper opted instead to compete in one of the last World Cup mogul qualifiers leading up to Olympics in Salt Lake City, UT. After failing to qualify for the Olympics, Schmid retired from the World Cup at the end of the 2001/2002 season. Salt Lake may not have wanted Schmid, but Winter X does. In Dec ('02), Schmid was given the only wild card spot for women's Skier X at WX '03.
