At 36 years old, Dennis is one of the oldest 2003 X Games Bike Stunt riders. Add that to multiple BMX Freestyle titles, including five X Games medals, over the course of 16 years, and Dennis is one of the most versatile riders in the sport today. In addition to his riding duties, he is the head of McCoy Productions which runs the bike stunt portion of the Vans Triple Crown Series and the Gravity Games.

"My motivation can be a totally different thing on any given day. The sport constantly changes. Everything changes, the bikes, the ramps, the trends and sometimes riding even takes a step backwards. The sport is always changing, and from that standpoint, you can't help but stay motivated. I guess it really comes down to the love of riding. I'm always motivated, I've taken my grips to the doctors office so my casts can be formed so I can still hold on."
