Lars Lewen could be the next burly Swede following in the footsteps of Tomas Andersson and Peter Lind to inherit the WX podium. Lewen finished 2nd at the Saab Crossmax World Open in Les 2 Alpes, FRA in Nov ('02), and then one month later finished 5th at the FIS World Cup in Tignes, FRA.
