Pushy and relentless, Gavaggio is the quintessential Frenchman on the skiercross course. Small, yet powerful, he is notorious for beating guys twice his size. No other male skier can claim four podiums. Gavaggio took home Skier X gold in '99, bronze in '01, and bronze in '02 along with the UltraCross bronze (with teammate Robert Fagan).
