Allan Cooke may seem like one of the fresh young faces on the scene, but he has been riding BMX bikes for 18 of his 21 years. His father, a former factory Kawasaki MX, ensured that Allan always had a bike and a place to practice. At 16, he picked up a factory sponsorship from Specialized and spent the next several years touring, hitting the contest circuit, and eventually moving to Greenville, NC, a.k.a. Protown USA. In 2002, he won his first XG gold, and in 2003, he pulled a record 54.5 ft. backflip.
