Ladina Casura made the podium in three national Saab Crossmax races in Switzerland in 2002--the first three skiercross events she ever entered. After excelling in the national series, she ventured to Les 2 Alpes, FRA for the Saab Crossmax World Open in Nov. 2002. While the pool of competitors was considerably stronger, Casura still finished 8th and qualified for WX '03.
