After unfortunate crashes in the Skier X semifinals at both WX '01 and '02, Archer redeemed himself with a WX result more befitting his talent--the WX '02 UltraCross silver medal. Archer continued to shine throughout the remainder of the '01/'02 season, climbing atop three more skiercross podiums.
